My chain keeps coming off my gears. It especially comes off when I apply a lot of pressure to the pedals. What do I do in this situation?

this but if it's so badly stretched it's slipping, you should replace your chain and cassette. Chainrings may or may not require. Post a pic of them.

Changing chain & cassette is relatively easy job, you can do it yourself, it requires a few bike specific tools but they aren't expensive. If you post a pic of the drivetrain we can advise what parts are needed.
