the threshold limit is different in every state, usually 6g but Berlin has raised it to 15g since the courts and attorneys don't care about it.
most Germans care about their driving license thought, if police stops you and they make a drug test they make a urine test which decedents weed consumption weeks before.
then they report it to the driving license agency, and they can remove you're license. you have to do stupid shit like sittings with a psychologist and hair analysis to get it back.
its stupid they should use a test that shows you're acute THC levels.
