Are you riding on a worn tire? Are you using the correct size tube and not trying to use a 700x25-28c tube in a 700x34c tire for example? Or vice verse a slightly larger size tube?
Are you using city tires or slicks aka treadless wonders? Or worse, those so called hardshell tires?
Get a set of Mr Tuffy's and make sure to pick the right size. They are color coded. Do not trim them.
Frogs are based. Stay away from the very edge of the road where all the gravel and sharp metal bits live.
