Either strawberry jam & banana sandwiches and Snickers, or peanut butter & Nutella sandwiches and bananas, or just bananas and Snickers if I cba. On long tours I'll eat some hearty fast food inbetween.

I go touring with panniers so I can stop and enjoy a proper meal and maybe a beer.

While I ride I like to snack on small juice bag on the go if I need some carbs.
