Some observations
- The kid is illegally operating a pedal cycle on the Public Highway without front brake
- «at this moment I'm looking right to change directions. I cannot see him undertaking me» is not a valid excuse for the cammer
- The kid is undertaking and riding furiously
- Both they are overtaking a bus. They should have left more space (what if the bus driver pulled out suddenly or a pedestrian step in front of the bus?)
