What makes you think you are?
Buy a cheap second hand one and learn. Or borrow from a friend, and maybe they can help you by holding you up in the beginning as well.

at least here there are local groups that teach elder and kids to ride bikes, they remove the cranks from touring bikes so they can practice balance and handling first.

dude there are literally thousands all around you just go harvest one from a local bike tree, if people didnt want their bike harvested they wouldnt leave it in a public area.
