Alternatively, they might also try and fail to break the record, which would validate the belief that all the claims from back in the day were merely "fish stories".
They should just build the replica steam locomotive so we can enjoy the damn steam locomotive. Tornado wasn't built to change history. We were simply blessed with a wonderful and reliable locomotive.
