Be me. Traffic light intersection where I have right of way over oncoming turning traffic. Oncoming driver turns across my path before realising their mistake. But they look away when I make eye contact. Why do they not wave as to say oops sorry! Everyone makes mistakes and it's easy to acknowledge. I guess they felt embarrassed but it seemed a bit weird to me. Have you had a similar experience anons?
