I have said it before and I'll continue saying it nonstop. No one would witness any horrors on public transportation if they stopped allowing fare evasion. I feel like a fucking insane person. It seems like such a simple solution. I know it is much easier said than done or whatever, but if subway systems prevented fare evaders from getting into the system, public transportation would become like Japan.
