A male suspect (White, 5-10, slender, 30's, with long blond hair in a pony tail) was already aboard the train and changed seats to sit directly across from the victim. The suspect reached into the front of his pants and began masturbating inside his pants, while starring at the victim. The victim and her daughter moved to another car and off-boarded at the Pleasant Hill Station. The suspect followed the victim off the train and was last seen inside the station. An officer responded and attempted to locate the suspect but with negative results. Station video was requested and Detectives were advised.
