No garden, no workshop, no car garage, no music loud. You can't even bicycle properly without a house.
Now, corona happens and your nanny state forces everyone inside. In house you can go to your backyard to get some vitamin D... In flat you're basically stuck in concrete box (or even wooden in case of US-tards) box.
If you're gonna do anything I mentioned above, you will get a police knocking on ur door that will give u a fine for noise violation.
I'm not even talking about shit like plumbing, because if shit leaks, now somebody has to pay for 3 floors of water damage. And there is no guarantee dude that flooded you would pay.
Not talking about fire safety, where instead of 2 floors, you have to go down 5-10 floors, and people will collect in the bottom and cause a jam and you will die from gas.
Not even talking about cockroaches and rodents because your subhuman neighbour doesn't throw away his trash in time.
