Trains. They're maximally comfy. They're usually smooth and quiet rides. Compared to most cars, they also have much better air-proofing, meaning there's no air pressure fluctuations fucking with my ears. It's easy to play card games with friends on the train, or chill out and look out the window. They also are more likely to come on time than buses are.
After trains, I suppose I like buses and walking about equally. Many buses seem to be quieter than cars and more air-proofed, or perhaps the larger volume of air inside them masks any pressure fluctuations. Walking is a pleasant activity.
I like sailboats quite a bit: they're very smooth and quiet rides.
Next, I like planes. With hearing protection earmuffs on, they become quite comfortable. Without hearing protection on, however, they're very uncomfortable.
I don't like cars since they hurt my ears, both from noise and from pressure fluctuations. The sort of pressure fluctuation you get when one window is slightly open? I always feel a little of that, in most cars. Hearing protection helps with the noise but not with the air pressure.
In any case, I like bicycling least since it's not very comfortable. I'd rather walk or use a kickscooter: those are both more ergonomic, for me.
