>>1755707You know, its kind of sad that the explosion of channels like NJB coincided with the pandemic that cause a huge shift in people’s attitudes, with people no longer being chained to big cities by work, and a shift in priorities in picking a home from minimizing commuting stress to proximity to nature and recreation, and a more spacious home. Not to say anything about the mad rush to buy cars for similar reasons.
On a side note, now almost 2 years on from the start of the pandemic, I think it’s time to acknowledge that some of these trends brought about by COVID, like increased cycling, decreased transit ridership, and less of a requirement to be in a certain city to work are going to continue for a while?
