Here's a question: When does being safe cross over into being a tryhard? Example: I'm buying an electric scooter that caps at 30mph in an urban area, and will be riding 50/50 on the road and the sidewalk. Pic rel is pretty similar to the gear I'll be wearing. Will people look at me and think I'm an idiot, or will they understand that I'm trying to look cool while being safe?
