nice experiences, but too fucking unreliable to be used as a serious mean of transportation unless you are like hoboing around with no schedule or strict times

It works pretty well and it's another option to move around when public transportation isn't available. I used it once to travel from a country to another and despite me and the driver not speaking the same language everything went alright.
Only inconvenience was the car being pretty full and me having to carry my backpack on my lap for the entire 5 or so hours.
