My EDC has shrank to pretty much nothing these days, aside from the bi-weekly trip to grocery store that's 4 miles away, I rarely get more than .5 miles away from my bedroom (work is super close) except for sporty bike rides. When I'm on an athletic bike ride I carry a multitool, tube, and pump - but these almost never get used. When I'm just going to work I have panniers on my stupidly heavy touring bike and my keys, wallet, lights, and u-lock just live in that bike. Sometimes (when I remember) I move the pump into my panniers, but generally don't bother because I use some pretty beefy flat protected tires on that bike these days (since it only sees short commute and errand riding) and can't remember the last time I got a puncture, and I'm rarely going far from home anyways, I could just walk home if I got a flat.

My helmet has headphones built in. I have a flathead screwdriver on the bike that can singlehandedly fix 99.9% of issues this moped might have on the road. I don't live in a shithole city (read: population well below 7 digits) so the ignition lock and distinctive appearance is sufficient theft prevention. I do keep a chain lock around the seat post if I ever find myself in more sketchy areas.

Need to take more pictures of the fucker.

Anon this is my EDC for all rides, work is about 3 min from my home so it is mostly to have the multitool
O yeah, the pump goes on the bike, forgot to put it in the pic as well.
And also, this pack is where I keep all my tools, so I don't mind carrying the extra stuff, since it is very well organized in the various pockets.
My gf more is me saying it is an "old man pack" but I find it very useful and much better than sweating my back with a backpack.

And to reach on the adjust of cable discs, my bike is v brake but most of the people who ride with me uses disks, so sometimes it's convenient to have them
