I'm planning on going on 200k night ride in July (Dunwich Dynamo). It being 200k, I probably need to train for it.
The longest ride I've done was about 70k a few weeks ago and big part of the reason I was dead by the end of it was that the bike wasn't comfy after all those hours, so other than getting a proper fit which I have booked next week, how does one approach training for something like this? Is it too late to join them this year?
