you'll need an IGH of the same over lock nut distance as your single speed frame, there is only minor variation but its something to be aware of
torque reaction, or in other words the ability of the drop out to hold the axle still while the hub rotates,
anti rotation washer are not really all that strong for this purpose,
a torque reaction arm is much better, but needs to be fitted to the frame.
the quality of the frames drop out is very important and determines much about the long term durability and utility of the entire system
in this regard not all single speed frames are made equal
last of all, indexing is important for IGH, they really dont like shifting under load or while in motion
and the little shifting noodle / chain that hangs out the side of the IGH is both a fragile and often expensive component
