I can't cycling because my city is not flat, mountainous terrain and it is make me so tired to use bicycle. Any solutions?

get a bike with easier gears
it won't be nearly as fast but it will be faster than walking
it's more of a problem going downhill to be desu, make sure your brakes always work well
