It's feasible if you have good public charging infrastructure or can charge at work. At least with the former, however, it's going to be a huge hassle and cost more than just running an efficient gasser.
Be aware that fast charging is really bad for battery lifetime, so doing that all the time isn't a wise choice.

Don't need a car, but pulled the trigger on an extremely cheap leasing deal. It is a nice toy (Kona).
Make sure to check out possible charging spots before hand.
Free supermarket charging is gold, free charging at work is platinum.
In Europe you can charge cheap if you dig deep in all the available services. I'm abusing a french service in a different country, beats all domestic rates.
Driving an EV efficiently also takes a bit of practice, you need experience what re-gen setting to use in what situation. Once you get behind it it's fun as hell.
Driving ICE feels comically outdated now to me.

It's not even that bad if you factor in that it decouples generation from consumption both temporally and spatially. Hydrogen can be produced where and when it makes sense and used elsewhere another time. Electricity is easy to transport over shorter distances, but long distance transport is troublesome and storage in the quantities full electrification of everything would take is a huge problem.
