The parts that require pumping are stupid in my opinion but making large sea damns and reservoirs to revers the flow of rivers that uselessly flow into the unproductive artic to turn all of western Canada and the US into the equivalent of their eastern portions in terms of water availability is a great idea. And it will let use refresh the Great Lakes.
Blacks and Spics combined cost 2 Trillion dollars to the US every year. Injuns no doubt cost the US and Canada a few billion. Jews costs god knows what. Get rid of them and in between building an even more ridiculous navy and creating a million man army equivalent we can carve out a new river system to utilize all that wasted water. Bore some tunnels rather than pumping it over the mountains. Nuke some ridgelines. The most productive country in the world just tripled its productivity, problems solved.
