I remember having my bike stolen out of my backyard at 11. Saw it 2 months later and the guy riding it was easily 6'6 and over 200 pounds. I knew it was mine because I did a shitty job spray painting it with silver.

Same. I had an early 1980's Hutch Pro Racer BMX bike that was given to me by a family friend who's son had enlisted in the military. The bike was stolen out of our garage once then recovered about two months later. Then maybe six months went by and whoever stole it the second time cut the lock with bolt cutters which was all chained to my dads big ass floor standing metal table saw. I asked around, looked everywhere. Heard rumors and had an idea of who may have taken it, but that was the last time I saw it. I had that bike maybe a year. Still miss that lil nigga like you wouldn't believe.

He was arrested for assaulting the police officers who were in attendance when council staff came around to serve him a clearance order. The bikes weren't stolen but were causing a public nuisance and he was ordered to remove them. Instead he punched a cop and ended up arrested.
