Extreme speed compared to walking
Cargo capacity is decent
Can ignore A LOT of terraim problems
No fucking gasoline to ignite, and low maintenance outside of chain/bearing maintenance.
Being limited to 40-60km/h means its going to use less fuel than same fleet at 80-90km/h.
Just one tiny problem: If generators or power lines get sabotaged, you also need to bring a generator. But since we are already driving entire tank colons, its not exactly a real logistical issue.
Its basically the logical upgrade to a army on bicycles.
