>>1782051depends how badly you fall, worst thing is to try and catch the fall with your arms, allot of people do this on instinct
catching the fall will often damage hands, wrists and tendons, sometimes the entire hand is flipped backwards, rarer still is to snap ulnar or radius bones
also to look for is dislocation or injury around the clavicle and scapular and shoulder socket
tuck and roll may confine injury's to areas more around the elbows and knees, also important is to avoid the legs or feet from being caught on anything
damage to ankle or knee tendons may result if the legs are not tucked in time
>20km/hmild skin abrasion, some muscular sprains and soft tissue damage, bruising possible
>50km/habrasion is much worse and allot deeper into the skin and though more layers of clothing, bruising is almost guaranteed, and there is a higher chance of concussion
>80km/hat this point only the thickest clothing will be able to resist abrasion
you may still encounter bruising and soft tissue injury's along with sprains .esp to be avoided is any impact to the head
however if you do not have thick enough clothing it is at such high speed where any gravel or sharp stones on the road bury themselves deep into your skin
not all such stones can be plucked and cut out, some you have to wait for old layers of skin to die off and push them closer to the surface, this can take several years
