Hey anons bony ass biker here, whenever I'm done with my bike commutes my balls hurt like hell and especially my ass, any bike seats recommendations to help with my ass? I'm thinking gel but all the shit on Amazon is bad quality.

Sounds like you have no idea what you're doing and 99% sure your bike isn't fitted to your body properly.
A giant gel saddle designed for obese Americans is very likely NOT what you need. A proper fit and a saddle with a middle cutout would go a lot further. Do some research.

Listen, fat.

1. Seat height so that you can barely pedal with your heels.
2. Seat horizontal adjustement so that when in the 3 oclock crank position a plumb line held on your kneecap goes through the middle of the pedal's axle.
3. Steam lenght so that your eyes, the bars and the front hub are aligned resulting in you not seeing the hub.
4. Stop being fat.

Also, if that doesn't help, your saddle is probably too soft, fat. Even soft amerifat McDonalds gel bike saddles have a polymer core. That's where you really sit on with your seat bones, while the soft gel exerces pressure on your soft parts.

just go to your bikeshop and ask to look at their "pull off" saddles and pick one with a center cutout, $20.

Otherwise take a suggestion in this thread on which one to buy randomly. I was the serfas rx guy.

I had the same problem once, and it was because my saddle was waay to high. Lowered the saddle and problems went away instantly. Btw it was a plain carbon saddle, no padding. When choosing your saddle, you should first know if you are someone who rather seats on the perineum or on the seat bones. If you are a perineum person, saddles with a hole in the middle may be something for you. I am a seat bone person and the Fizik Arione fits me pretty good. Also, choose some good bib shorts that allow you to better move your ass on the saddle and make mini adjustements while you ride.

Just buy different saddles, it's like with shoes, not every model fits your feet. But most important is to get the right size, get the right bike fit. Seat height, seat position, reach/stem lenght, lever position, bar height, cleat position. Often as little as 2-5mm can make a BIG difference, not even speaking of adjustements in centimeters. Having a seat that's too high/too low by 2-3 cm/1-2 inch is like walking in a shoe thats two sizes too big/too small. It ruins everything.

Are you doing it on purpose ? Before you choose a good saddle, your bike has to fit, as mentioned above.. Meaning things like saddle height, saddle horizontal adjuatment, saddle tilt, stem lenght, cleat position. If these things don't fit, getting a new saddle will change NOTHING.
