Any help identifying this steam engine? It worked as a switcher at a cement plant in Indiana, and the photo is from 1960. It looks to be some kind of side tank, but the front-facing view obscuring the wheel arrangement makes it even harder to place. If anyone's got any good resources on American tank engines instead, that would help greatly.
