Psychatric test, which you need pre psychic training bc it is stupid hard to pass, abstinence for one year, unannounced abstinence tests for one year, unabillity to just re-do the license which would be a lot easier, and a couple grand cash.
I personally know multiple people who were unable to regain their drivers license to date after drunk cycling.
