you need a different bracket that locates it further down/forward. Make one out of a centerpull brake arm or a chainring.
I dislike the cable routing up the fork arm. Imo it's much neater to run it straight up the inside, with a few rounds of electrical tape to hold it on, and a coiled bunch somewhere hidden to take up the extra cable.
I also dislike the nuts on your skewers. They should be metal not black plastic on such a bike.
And I think you should get a slightly smaller granny. I see by your cassette that you have taken the lowgearspill but lower is always better. Infact I imagine your wide cassette makes the granny a pure bailout that's rarely used in which case having a bigger step to it is a nonissue.
The brake cable stop in your headset could be upgraded to something more rigid that sits slightly lower for a smoother bend.
And I am not a fan of the black tape.

this is gorgeous obviously and i love the compact on it, but the picture is tiny for bikeporn and it seems a bit sterile. Needs to be beat up more or have some meme shit on it. I also hate that location for a bell. Take notes from posiedenbro
