Randomly found one of these for 250$ in my ex-yugo wonderland, how good are these for fucking around town and the occasional hour or two long ride? i mostly just like the weird look so i would accept other models like this, do these have a fatal flaw or something

They are primo TT/tri type bikes, as in slap aero bars on the thing. Don't get it for full supension or spring seating. Note that the seatpost is impossible to get parts for, so if it's fucked, don't even bother.

It's good in the "just the right amount of flex for super aggressive fast road riding", that was unmatched until modern monoquoqe cf aero frames. But this thing is 250, and a cutting edge cf frame is stupidly expensive.

What dumbfounded me is that the owner is obviously very autistic listing off every part from the spokes to the derailleur but he failed to mention how big the frame is, truth be told im hardly an athlete but i love how this thing looks and it can hardly be much worse than my current XL 16kg barge of a bicycle

That makes sense, generally speaking if I'm not sure what size fits me is it better to go bigger or smaller, I'm pretty lightweight for what it's worth and youre actually making me call the seller to haggle

in a broad strokes get a bigger frames for comfort endurance and maximum speed or smaller frames for reactivity and acceleration with some back pain now and then, of course never go too big or too small. i personally go bigger for mtb and smaller for road but this is just my preference

I'd want to make sure the seat actually can be adjusted to the right height for me, in person.

The height adjustment will be a narrowish range and if you fall outside it then it does not fit you.
Just gonna assume you know what correct saddle height is but on the offchance you don't look it up
