i have a bike that needs new wheels and chain but i dont want to spend the money

i have another bike that needs everything bar the frame

also got another bike that needs basically everything

i need a new bike

i dont want to buy a brand new bike and i dont want to go to someone randoms house to pick
one up from craigslist etc

how to obtain bike? keep in mine i am not black so stealing a bike is not an option
