Associates vs bachelors

No.1798343 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Hey guys, I am a student pilot and I’m about to start a college degree for professional pilot. I realize that technically you don’t need a degree to become a pilot however it’s very important. These are my two options
An associate degrees, it will last for 1 year and I will graduate with over 250 hours with all my liscences and I’ll only be 19 years old
Option 2. A bachelors degree, this will last 3 years and only 200 hours with all liscences.

Which shall I pick? I really don’t care for who I am flying. If I am 19 years old, wether I’m flying those small planes for those regional things or big planes, it really doesn’t matter, as long as I’m flying, I’m just wondering if would make a HUUUGE difference, which I doubt because like I said, technically pilots don’t need a degree.
