Bought a used city bike today with rear rack and internal gear hub (100 bucks!) and it has 4 gears.
The bike had only front brakes and when i push the pedals backwards it slows the bike, is it safe to brake with the pedals?, or does it ruin the gear hub, thanks in advance!.
