>>1808284I meant spoiled as in crying and bitching about muh cycling infrastructure in a city which has some of the best public transport in the world, meaning you can just use that to go to work and bike outside the city in your free time along some of the magnificent and scenic bike paths, or even just ride on the street if you're up to it, considering drivers are probably the most considerate to bikes out of any city in the world except maybe Copenhagen or something.
Wanting to plant some segregated bike infrastructure into a dense city which already has little space to divide between trams, buses, pedestrians and traffic is what a spoiled brat demands who has no sense of the complexity and expense of traffic planning, or even of the almost impossible task of getting it right for everyone. So in the end they just become like bullies who, for their dispensable habit, want to hamper all the other forms of transportation, which are actually all absolutely necessary (ofc cars aren't, but roads are), and which they themselves could use (public transport, walking) but just don't feel like.
They're also the kind of people you can't reason with, because what they demand has simply no basis in rationality, but it's the kind of tantrum that comes from a rich, spoiled brat with no real problems in his life.
