Do seaports sell aviation fuel, or only diesel type fuel (bunker, low grade diesel etc)
I thought some might know since there seems to be Anons here that are in maritime stuff.

Depends on the ships that the fuel stop is servicing. Usually a combination of different mdo and hfo, the complete opposite of aviation fuel. Most ships have the ability to purify hfo to whatever their needs are.

Marinas sized to service private motorboats will sell regular automotive gasoline and diesel that's used in outboards and smaller inboards. If you flew a seaplane with an adapted automotive gasoline or diesel engine (e.g. LS V8) and had legal clearance to land in the area you could fuel up at those, though the entire scenario is highly hypothetical and not something I would rely on.

I did not know ships had that capability. What is the size of the mechanism that is required to refine fuel ? Is it huge or something similar to ;let's say; a large water maker you can find on some large yachts ?

Seaports probably don't or maybe some do, where seaplane traffic exists there are probably fuel delivery companies operating there that sell fuel, though I doubt they sell jet fuel

There are entire areas of the engine room dedicated to DO purifiers. The larger the engine the biggers the purifiers.
Also fuel most of the time is brought by bunker vessels and barges who moor alongside the docked ship.
