How long does a bicycle last you? I find they are like shoes and only last around 6 months. Granted I don't bother to maintain them and they are already second hand and pretty beat up when I 'find' them around town. But still, I'm kinda surprised I burn through them so quick. Especially when I hear tales of people riding the same bike for 20 years.
