How about ban office jobs that are entirely computer based and force WFH on them. Increase train connections between hubs and increase frequency of trains. Mandate rail connections to all workhouses like they've done in switzerland to reduce truck traffic.
The current system needs to die and the fact it didn't during covid is beyond belief.
