I was driving my grandmother's Mercedes-Benz once and the monowiper got stuck on the windshield seal. Luckily it resumed working after I got out of the car and pried it back out. I think they claim it had like 10% more coverage than a traditional dual arm system, but man what a pain in the ass.

Haha at the time the big news was that it cost more to develop than one of the generations of Ford Fiesta (the entire car). I think they look great but you can tell why Mercedes were bleeding money, lucky for them the Hail Mary 190 paid off
