Chicago is the 3rd major city, and the focal point of the Midwest, which because it is located in essentially the middle of the entire country, is where a lot of the infrastracture transportation intersects: rail and air, mostly. Commercial and consumer oriented.

So the Chicago would be like the travel hub, but not in a destination sense, but a depot sense.

citadel went to miami, cat went to texas I think. the german car companies went to atlanta, which makes sense from a travel and logistical standpoint yeah. I think miami is going to be the new american banking hub (in 10-15 years) and Atlanta will be the logistical one.

As a born and raised Chicagoan who has been to Toronto, I agree. You guys have the advantage of a functional tram system, we might have The L but you guys have the trams. I wish Chicago never got rid of their streetcar system, we could've been twin cities in that way

I´d say Frankfurt in Germany.
The city is in the middle of the country, has the most important airport and is one of the central rail and autobahn hubs of Germany, if not the EU.
