What American airlines do you associate with the wealthy (the upper-middle class and lower-upper class)? I've heard all the domestic flight carriers suck.

Just got off a Southwest flight today and was utterly revulsed by how many ugly, tasteless poor people there were flying with them. Genetic trash, horrendous fashion (or lack thereof), unfit bodies, I felt ashamed to be amongst them on this service, which frankly is very barebones too. They don't even have classes, it's all 3 seater aisles from front to back, and they give you a cheap packet of cheesy nuts for your in-flight concessions. A real wake-up call to me.

What airline should someone fly with when they've made it, where the rabble that funds the flights at least is kempt and presentable if not extravagant, and you are separated from them regardless if you pay for the right seat?
