The only way we can have a high class functioning transportation system in the United States is by implementing a strict passport based travel system for all modes of travel (cars, bikes, trains, airplane, boat).

Benefits
>if a Karen isn't wearing her mask on a flight except during snack time we can bar her from ever traveling again
>we could track the movements of everybody and prevent the spread of Corona virus
>it would prevent crime because everyone is being tracked

I think in the US states should be made to restrict movement between each other like we already do Canada and Mexico, the states should make the counties restrict movement between each other, and counties have the ability to restrict movement inside itself.

It wouldn't really slow anyone down, just get your vaxpass and you can travel anywhere given enough notice to the government. It would be much more efficient than the highway system we have now.
