Should young children, pets etc. and their handlers be put in a segregated train car? They need to be allowed to use public transit, but why should they be dispersed amongst regular passengers? Screaming children, barking dogs and so on dramatically bring down the quality of travel for others, and you can't really stop them from being a nuisance.
Is there a better solution to this problem?
