That one doesn't have fat tires though, just heavy duty mountain bike tires (26x2.25 inch and 26x2.4 inch to be precise, whereas fat bikes have tires well beyond 3 inches wide, usually around 4 inches and sometimes as much as 5 inches).

Ring locks are built to maximize speed and convenience for lighting fast stops and at most add a second security layer to a lengthy stop. Ulocks don't do that, they fill a different role.

I'd be surprised if these fit more than like 3 inch wide tires at the very most and almost rubbing. More likely only 62 or 65 i.e. big MTB tires.
