Anyone ever rode one? What are they like? Slow ass city bikes or can I actually commute on one and bring my shit with me kn my backpack?
Would I look like a total dork riding one?

Just looking at it you can see that it weighs a ton, the saddle is a hammock and the bars are half a mile above it.
So yeah it's a slow ass city bike. Which is absolutely perfect for commuting, but only in countries with bicycle infrastructure where your commute isn't a literal cagefight.

The first stages were in Denmark this year for some reason.

Too bad it costs 2000 euro. And slow bad, I gotta go fast when commuting, otherwise I'll just freeze or soak myself into oblivion through the middle of nowhere.
Perhaps it would make a decent bike for the bike couriers though

Seatpost is at the back and can be adjusted normally. The front of the saddle is connected to the steerer tube with a tension belt. Adjusting that changes the saddle angle.
The saddle is a hammock type like a Brooks.

The Pedersen has the potential to become the next hipstermobile.

Honestly I thought the Dutch were going to have their own production, given how skilled they are with velomobile and bicycles manufacturing (Accel group). Guess they're lobbying against it in favour of the Dutch roadster.
