Italians also never left Grandview and with the IHOP (a local cult) fixed up the downtown real nice with brick lined streets and new stores. But the damage is done most likely.
Hickman Mills and Ruskin are the most dangerous in the city.
Belton and Grandview are fine working class can get a bit dodgy.
Lee's Summit and Raymore are nice and filled with houses going from 200k to 5 million. The schools are better in Lee's Summit.
It goes without saying that the KCMO School district is only partially accredited and a complete joke and even if you send your kids to Belton High he'll get a 100x better education than going to KCMO public schools.
