>>1838955biking too fast will sap your nrg for very little gain, the really boring part is average speed, 11 to 16 mph, all day every day, even if you feel like you'd rather die
an amazing amount is lost though poor ergonomics / posture
imma have to shill bar ends / bull horns as its the cheapest and easiest way to make a bicycle significantly more useful
also saddles even if you have to try out a million of the them to find one that works 4u
>if I lube the chain, how much kilo wattsalmost imperceptible unless your chain is rusty as hell and has seized links
just keep an eye on your hub bearings and bottom bracket, learn more about them and become more observant of them, too many people ignore them
now to comment on that bike in ur pic
that type of adjustable stem, the bolts must be kept tight (but not so much it damages the bolt), but they will flex and wear out over time if you ever climb hills
that seat has both too much padding and not soft enough springs, it does nothing right, idk maybe it works for people over 200 lbs
twist shifters can go bad, some are so bad its a legitimate exercise in strength and pain threshold to use them, it really pays to know about specific models and what ones to absolutely avoid
