2) Unless lights indicate otherwise, left-turning traffic has to yield in this setup.
3) Random anon's pre-conceptions aka "common sense" or ass-pulled "stochastics" do not overrule the actual traffic rules (cf. 2)
4) From there being left-turning lanes in both direction (apparently yielding) it does not follow that there are traffic lights giving them right of way, in fact, the oppossite is likely, as both directions seem to be yielding/not moving.
5) I have a valid driver's license (Germany - how could you tell) and I question the conditions that allowed the quoted anons get their licenses.
