Poland wants to have this thing, along with some random high speed rail lines connected to it, built by 2027. How real is this thing? What do Poles think about it?

How the fuck do you navigate this? Are all those terminals connected underground or something? Where is their parking/taxi/bus/tram space to actually go to it? Who the fuck comes up with these kinds of projects?

Everything is underground.
Design isn't finalized, but if they go with a satellite terminal plan, there will be some sort of below-surface shuttle between the central concourse and the other terminals.

Unless they make it electric car only, the car exhaust is going to make the underground concourse really unpleasant to be in even with air exchange fans at full blast.
