I never do anymore. I used to all the time but of the many countless times that I've crashed, never once have hit my head. Professional racers never wore then either, not until safety nannies got involved.
I only wear a helmet on the motorcycle now but if I thought I was going to be on a dangerous mountain bike trail or something, I guess I would on a bicycle too.
