You are a size XL. Now just like jeans there are jeans that are bigger or smaller than the tag but you are an xl to start out with and go from there.
Keep in mind with frame geometry you can't just name a number anymore it's approximate. You could when it was a horizontal top tube. So on a moderm bike with a horizontal top tube I think you're a 58.
On modern bikes it seems like whether you are sized up or down or right on for your height depends on how long your arms and torso are. You're a long legs short torso guy so you'd ride a bike slightly smaller than your height indicates.
