I was tricked and fell for 1x, and it's great for real mountain biking, but I like riding around neighborhood too, and that's its downside. 30T x 11, I think my max speed is 24mph, I'd like to go a little faster.

Is it feasible to swap out chainring from neighborhood street riding, and then weekend trails?

Can I swap from 30T to 32T and use same size Chain?
How do I swap it?
How do I know what replacement chainrings work?

I'm all mixed up because I can't figure out what it is, regarding this boost thing. And I'm reading online that people switch to -3mm boost, others say stay 0mm offset.
